How do I place an order?
- Please see the How to Order section below for a detailed step-by-step guide.
What courier do you use when shipping items within the country?
- We usually use GoGo Xpress Delivery for all transactions nationwide. LBC for transactions outside of Metro Manila, and Techno Protocol Logistic Services for orders within Metro Manila.
How much is the shipping fee?
- The shipping fee depends on your order's quantity and weight. Usually, within Metro Manila, the starting price is ₱80 (up to 5KG) and within Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao, the shipping fee starts at ₱180 (up to 5KG).
How many days will it take to receive my order/s?
- You may expect to receive your order/s within 5-7 working days from the date you've receive your email confirmation.
- *Note: Please be informed that your orders may take longer than expected during peak/holiday season.
I still haven't received my shipment. What should I do?
- We can help you track your parcel's current location once the order has been shipped out. However, regarding the exact date when will you receive your order, this is out of our control. For follow-ups, you may verify it and ask the chosen courier directly.
Do you accept international orders?
- Actually, yes, we do! But, please be informed that the transaction will not be through our website. You may send us a message via our provided email and we will assess it on what particular courier we'll going to use to send your order/s.

Where is the size chart?
- The size chart is included in the photo carousel when you view the specific product you want to purchase.
Why is the shirt/size I want not shown/available on the website?
- If a size or specific design/item is not listed, it means it is currently unavailable on the website. There is a possibility it may reappear. Otherwise, there is a big chance we still have those in stock at the Flagship store. Come visit us!

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
- Generally, only defective items or wrong orders sent by us may be exchanged. Thus, reasonable cases like wrong sizing can be an exception to the rule. You can find the detailed Return/Exchange policy here.

NOTE: Once orders are confirmed, we cannot cancel them anymore. Please be informed as well that we strictly do not accept any forms of refunds.
